This presentation will showcase how REI implemented GuiXT Solutions to transform SAP transactions for 1,400 retail users and another 200 AHQ users.
After migrating to SAP, REI faced several challenges, including payroll constraints, change management, and fielding hundreds of customer inquiries every day.
Using GuiXT tools, REI simplified processes and reduced errors for several transactions, including ME31K (Create Contact), ME22N (Change Purchase Order), and WB01 (Create Plant), realizing incredible ROI by saving 26,000 employee hours annually and significantly reducing training time.
