Synactive Moves Data From Excel® and PDF To SAP
Introducing GuiXT WS Office—Fully Integrated with Adobe® Acrobat® and Microsoft's Core Office Applications
Foster City, CA. – March 08, 2011 – Synactive, Inc. (www.guixt.com), a leading developer of optimization and user-enablement solutions for use with SAP®, today announced the introduction of GuiXT WS Office now available with all GuiXT WS solution suites. GuiXT WS Office is built on Synactive's WS Platform and utilizes the same industry-standard web scripting that all other GuiXT WS solutions do. WS Platform enables Synactive's clients to build an SAP optimization solution with simple scripting using industry standard language to collaborate with end users, which allows an immediate response to request for business process changes. Fully integrated with Adobe's Acrobat application as well as Microsoft® Office (particularly Excel), WS Office employs Active X technology to automate these applications.
GuiXT WS Office enables mass entry of data via Excel spreadsheets, uploading data from PDF forms, and spell check via MS Word. WS Office also includes error handling that will identify and flag any mistakes made by a user during the data entry process.

"WS Office allows users to record sales order data in Excel and then do a mass upload to a given (VA01) SAP transaction. Office also enables users to extract data from a given record or transaction and modify it in the familiar interface of Excel, while providing error handling for the subsequent upload back to SAP."

The user then simply needs to navigate to the correct screen in SAP and then it's just a single button click to quickly upload the data to SAP."
