Once you have installed the GuiXT Liquid UI client on the target Android device, there are a number of configurations that can be performed. Client configuration is mainly done from four sections - the Wharf, the Connection List, the Insider, and the Navigation Drawer. In this section of the documentation, we will introduce each of these configurations as follows. Each configuration section will be more fully explained later in this document.
The Wharf is the first screen that you will encounter in Liquid UI after you launch the application. The Wharf contains navigation links to the Connection List as well as to the Insider.
The Connection List is where you will create connections to either a SAP system or to a GuiXT Server, if you have the Enterprise Edition of Liquid UI. Each individual entry in the Connection List has a number of subsidiary settings and parameters that you will enter when you create the connections.
The Insider contains information about Synactive, and the client application itself. The Insider also contains some settings where you can customize the look and feel of the client by adjusting backgrounds, text sizes, font colors, and other aspects of the client's appearance.
The Navigation Drawer in Liquid UI is where you can personalize the client and access some of the main features directly. The Navigation Drawer is accessible either by tapping the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen or by dragging it from the left side when you have an active connection.
